The historic New York Daily News Golden Gloves Boxing Tournament is making a stop on Long Island Thursday, March 27th at Glen Cove High School in Glen Cove, New York!
The event is going to be hosted by the Glen Cove Boxing Club with a portion of the proceeds going to two extremely deserving causes. Hallmark Abstract Service is proud to be participating as a sponsor of this night of boxing!
The first recipient is 501(c)(3) charity Moms Who Kick, started by Joanne Hutchins, that benefits breast and ovarian cancer research and promotes healthy lifestyles.
The second donation will be presented as a scholarship to a deserving Glen Cove High School student who will be graduating this year.
As a point of reference Hallmark Abstract Service President Michael Haltman trained at the Glen Cove Boxing Club this past year in preparation for his fight in the Long Island Fight For Charity, where he got to know club trainers Frank Pena and Billy Strigaro extremely well and watched their dedication to the boxers who come to train at their gym.
Two of the women who currently train at Glen Cove BC , Emily Colon and Wendy Sincuir, will be fighting and representing the Club on the 27th.
Come on down for a night of great boxing and to support two great causes!
