Back on April 24th an article here examined the May 2nd Mayweather vs. Pacquiao fight in Las Vegas vis-a-vis the cost of a ticket to watch in-person at the MGM Grand Garden Arena!
At the time I wrote, ‘…Because the tickets are sold in the secondary marketplace, prices will fluctuate up until the day of the fight but, judging by Stub Hub if you have to ask how much they are you probably can’t afford to buy them…‘
With an event like this one the economic theory of supply and demand is most definitely on full display as evidenced by the movement in the price of ticket over the past 6 days.
Of course remember that these are asking prices and people can ask whatever they want and prices fluctuate on a minute by minute basis!
